Friluftsliv

Brynn spent half of her sled ride leaning back looking up at
the snow covered trees and the skies, then promptly fell asleep.

Friluftsliv means "free air life" and is a term in Norway that is used often to
describe a way of life that is spent exploring and appreciating nature

“Time in nature is not leisure time; it's an essential investment in our children's health (and also, by the way, in our own).”
